To add a new employee to M-Power follow these steps.
From the Ribbon select Settings  then Employees .
In the Employees form click the + button  to add a new Employee and Enter the First and Last names  then click the + button  to save.
Finally you can add additional data to the new employees profile . If the user is going to be sending quotes etc. you will need to select 'Sales' on the advanced tab and ensure that they have a valid email address entered . This email address is used as the 'sender' address when emailing quotes and other documents from M-Power.
For a user to show in the employee list on the login form they must have Active and User ticked . If the user will be using the factory system then they must have Active and Factory ticked
