Xero - Troublshooting


Error: The organisation for this access token is not active

This error typically means that your Xero subscription has been suspended, contact Xero to confirm. If Xero believes your subscription is ok please contact M-Power for further assistance.


Error: One or All Inventory Items do not show in M-Power

Ensure that you have entered a Description (in addition to the name) for each item in Xero then Refresh the lists.
