Filtering, Categorising and Editing Employees

It is sometimes necessary to filter and categorise groups of employees particularly in larger companies. M-Power provides a means of filtering employees and then applying various settings to the filtered lists.

Common scenarios are:
  • Printing Barcodes for an Entire Department
  • Providing or Revoking Access to Either the Factory or Main system Login Forms
  • Marking Employees as In-Active

Filtering can be performed using the search box or by selecting from the filters list. Once you have a filtered list you can toggle the Selected/De-Selected status for each column of ticks by clicking on the column name.

If you need to edit a particular employee you can click the [>] button to enter their employee record.
