The process for emailing reports differers slightly depending on which report type, see the links below for more detailed instructions in each case.
It is important that each user who will be emailing reports has their email address setup within the employees section, for more information please see this article.
CC'ing additional addresses to receive the email
You can add additional addresses to any of the fields in the Email Dialog with the exception of the "Your Email/Sender' field, this field can only contain a single email address.
To cc another address simply add a semi-colon and space between each
e.g: firstname.lastname@example.org; email@example.com
